He was predeceased by: his parents, Waymon Perry and Lettie Spradlin (Perry); his brothers, Lee Spradlin and Ray Spradlin; and his grandson Joshua Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Perry (Spitzer) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; his children, Michael Cleo Perry of Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts, Tricia Horn (Jim), Priscilla Everman (Marc) of Forestdale, Massachusetts and Phyllis Noble of Clarksville, Tennessee; his siblings, Dick Perry of Chambersburg, Glenn Perry, Jr. of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Ellen Goodin of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Sue Smith of Parkers Lake, Kentucky and Shirley Biehler (Donald) of Clyde; and his grandchildren, Jim Horn, Jr., Melissa Kanozek, Catherine Horn and Gregory. He is also survived by his children and his "hoard" of grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
