He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clark and Dovie Clark (Hughes); his grandchildren, Kenny Bryant, Chasity Bryant and Ravyn Clark; his close friends, Virgil Allen and Cecil Honeycutt; and his siblings, Myrtle Perry, Magalene Tuttle, Curtis Roger Clark, Dessel Clark, Ruby Fryman, Elsie Warman and Kelly Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Clark (Warman); his children, Linda Henry (Larry) of Goodletsville, Glenn Clark (Patricia) of Parkers Lake, Richard Clark (Michelle) of Pine Knot and Beverly Renfro (Thomas) of Somerset, Kentucky; his siblings, Lonzo Clark of Marshes Siding, Jewell Parks of Ohio and Evelyn Parks of Florence, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Krystal, Amy, Misty, LeighAnn, Kirsten, Autumn, Zachariah, Joshua, Astuti and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Maleigha, Star, Michael, Ava, Karsin and Harriet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
