He is survived by: his sons, Mike Bellamy (Mary Ann) of Park City and Jonathan Bellamy (Lisa) of Park City; his grandchildren, Tracy Bellamy (Amy), Brandon Bellamy, Ashley Frieberg (Mike), Brandy Bellamy, Kameron Bellamy (Katie) and Kallie Bellamy (Trace); his great grandchildren, Annabelle Kate Bellamy, Ally Bellamy, Gavin Bellamy, Thomas Bellamy and Caroline Freiberg; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff and Kim.
