He was predeceased by: his parents, Velzie Decker and Beulah Lee Sanders Decker; and his siblings, Ova, Dennie Lee, Charles, James Eddie Decker, Theresa Faye Crabtree and Brenda Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Crain Decker; his son Chris Decker (Michelle) of Park City; his grandchildren, Winter Decker, Gage Decker, Mason Cast and Raven Cast; and his siblings, Willie Decker of Park City, Ronnie Decker (Julie) of Park City, Opal Yokley of Smiths Grove, Gayle Graves of Park City and Kaye Brooks (Cary) of Chalybeate. He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews.
