She is survived by: her parents, James Edward Smith of Center, KY and Henrietta Garner Smith of Glasgow; her husband Sam Hendricks; her children, Emmalee Smith of Texas, Christopher Jessee of Edmonton, Bethany Lickteig of Edmonton, Christopher Hendricks of Indiana and Katrina Hendricks of Indiana; her grandchildren, Xavier "Bug" Lickteig, Thomas, Logan and Colten Hendricks; and her brothers, Wesley Smith (Debra) of Glasgow and Donnie Smith (June) of Cave City. She is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews.
