He was predeceased by: his parents, James David Lowe and Alma Slaughter Lowe; and his siblings, James David Lowe, Jr. and Jean Scarberry. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lowe; his children, Bonnie Lowe Robbins of Bowling Green, Tanya Lowe Pulley (Ronald) of Bowling Green and John Russell Lowe of Center, KY; his grandchildren, Nicki Jessie (Bobby), Blake Priddy, Nathan Windom, Terry Windom (Kim), Sherry Haynes (Patrick), Samantha Pulley and Allison Whitlow (Matthew); and his siblings, Joe Donald Lowe and Sharon Martin. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
