It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Phillips Smith of Park City, Kentucky, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Earl Phillips; and her siblings, Gary, Donald, Lowell Phillips and Ardith Stabenow.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Smith (Debbie) of Smiths Grove, Betty Smith and Peggy Carey of Park City; and her sister Nancy Boop (Charlie) of Pearl City, IL.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
