She was predeceased by: her parents, Owsley "O. B." Boyd and Ellen Smith Boyd; her sisters, Mildred Ramey and Sara Cawthon; and her son-in-law Milton Christy.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Christy of Park City and Gary David Madison (Betsy) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, David Madison (Chrystal), Chris Madison (Sandra), Brandon Christy (Myrisa) and Lindsay Christy; her stepgrandsons, Jacob Stevens (Cara) and Tyler Stevens (Shelbie); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Madison (Austin), Fox Christy, River Christy and Hayden Evans; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Elisabeth, Joseph, Abigail, John, Jude and Julian Stevens; her great great grandchild Madilyn Jones; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Coates. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
