He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Emmitt Scoggins and Ailene Jewell Nichols Jones; and his great grandchild Carter Thomas Hiser. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Bulock Scoggins; his children, Shann Scoggins (Sherry) of Park City, Randy Scoggins (Kelly) of Arkansas, Karen Button (Danny) of Park City, Kathy Short (Greg) of Smiths Grove and Lillian Scoggins (Jay) of Glasgow; his sisters, Joyce Evans (Jim) of Columbia and Janet Reece of Glasgow; his stepsister Linda Terry of Shepherdsville; and his son Big Randy Overstreet (Julia) of Bardstown. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
