He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Tammy Atwell (Russell) of Park City, Christy Dunn (Frank) of Huntsville, AL, Laura Houchens (Chris) of Smiths Grove and Lisa Bale (Les) of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Morgan Smothers (Camron), Tyler Atwell, Jackson Houchens, Alana Houchens and Ava Bale; his great grandchild Leighton Smothers; and his brother Larry Hawkins (Marsha) of Pig. He is also survived by friends and family.
