He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Higginbotham and Margoline Lyons Higginbotham; his siblings, Jim, Doug Higginbotham and Theola Carol Higginbotham; and his nephew Steve Craine.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Higginbotham (Shirley) of Rocky Hill, Delora Craine of Cave City, Sherry Johnson of Chalybeate and Juanita Pedigo of Glasgow; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Higginbotham of Alvaton; and his friends, Ronnie Decker and Barry Stewart. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
