She is survived by: her daughter Amberly Bush of Park City; and her siblings, Wayne Halcomb (Beverly Sue), Larry Halcomb (Vickie), JoAnn White, Wanda Hines (Dallas) and Beverly Joy Webb (Roger). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
