He is survived by: his wife Ann Childress; his children, Marty Dale Childress of Park City and Melanie Childress of Park City; his grandchildren, Mitchell Childress, Lauren Vincent (Eric), Hunter Brown, Dylan Childress (Courtney) and Logan Wells; his sisters, Edith Coates and Suzette Barrett (Rommie); and his siblings-in-law, Winford Rigdon and Ines Childress. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
