He is survived by: his close friend Cheryl Vincent of Park City; his children, Joshua Vincent (Pam) of Magnolia, Jessica Huff (Mitchell) of Park City, Tamisha Hayes (Nathan) of Hardyville and Tracy Sanders (Earl) of Munfordville; and his siblings, David Hawkins of Park City and Amanda Hawkins (William Green) of Glasgow. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
