She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Meredith and Laverne Jaggers Meredith; and her sister Jennifer Meredith. She is survived by: her children, Jeremiah Jorgensen (Sheila) of Elizabethtown, Meredith Buckingham of Bowling Green and Jacob Dorman of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Myah Jorgensen, Elijah Jorgensen, Lauren Buckingham, Katherine Jorgensen and Hailey Buckingham; and her brothers, Kenny Meredith (Dara) of Cub Run and Timmy Meredith (Janet) of Park City.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Patton Funeral Home - Park City (23961 Louisville Rd, Park City, KY 42160). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
