Betty Jo Phelps Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Phelps of Park City, Kentucky, who passed away on December 9, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Merideth and Delfa Grimes Merideth; her sons, David Michael and Timothy Ray Phelps; her sister Shirley Honeycutt; and her grandsons, Barry W. and Marcus E. Phelps.
She is survived by: her husband Denver D. Phelps; her son Barry; her daughter-in-law Mary Phelps of Cave City, KY; her daughters, Kathy L. Beckham, Teri A. Fulcher of Bowling Green, KY and Velma (Kevin Cowles); her daughter-in-law Betty Walkup Phelps of Auburn, KY; and her brother Henry R. Merideth. She is also survived by several grand-children, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Foster Toler Curry Funeral home for funeral expenses.
