He is survived by: his children, Michael Ratliff, William F. "B. J." Turner, Jr. and Jasmine Turner; his grandchildren, Mikah Ratliff, Faith Ratliff and Jay Gasser; his great grandchildren, Xavier Clay, Alaiyah Wilson, Kaleah Abbott, Sincere Wilson, Dylan Abbott and Remy Wilson; and his siblings, Bertha Mitchell, James Turner, Steven Turner and Larry Turner.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home (526 Pleasant St, Paris, KY 40361). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
