He was predeceased by: his brother John Richard Hamilton of Orlando; and his grandparents, Mable, Joe Worthington of Paris, KY, Mildred and Ted Masters of Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts..
He is survived by: his parents, Patsy Hamilton and Richard Hamilton of Paris, KY; his brother David Allen Hamilton of Portland, Oregon.; and his aunt Barbara Ormes (Kayla Kalodny) of North Middletown, KY. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
