He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine and Willard Rexford Cook, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Long Cook; his children, Melissa Correll (Danny) of Paris and Steven Cook of Lexington; his brother Dick Cook (Mary Ann) of Dunnwoody, GA; his stepgrandsons, Daniel Correll (Cameron) and Nick Correll; and his pets, Kacey and Blake. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
