It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Adams (Paris, Kentucky), born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph E. Adams. He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Missy" Blanton Adams; his mother Essie Priscilla Jacobs Adams; his daughters, Misty Truitt (Seth), April Adams (John Leach) and Toni Adams (Dylan Jones); his grandchildren, Abigail Innes, Coltin Jones, Aubrey Innes, Mason Truitt, Caleb Jones and Caitlyn Jones; and his siblings, Rick Adams, Shane Adams (Cassi) and Lisa Adams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
