She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Chivington and Audrey Chivington; and her husband Albert Curtis Jr.. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Sara Mottinger Wood (Elijah) of Paris and Nicole Wood Beasley (Madolynn) of Bardstown, Kentucky; and her siblings, Randall Chivington (Ginger) of Van Wert, William E. "Billy" Chivington of Van Wert, Ohio and Nancy Jackson (Kevin) of Defiance, Ohio.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and fur babies.
