We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2021, at the age of 90, Ruth Miller (Paris, Kentucky), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Foran and Mary Patrick Foran; her spouse Lt. John Joseph Miller; her children, John J. Miller, Jr., James W. Miller (Diane), Michael J. Miller (Kathe) and Susan L. Miller; and her grandchildren, Brian Miller and Marquelle A. Holston.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Fuller (Chad) and Mark Miller (Melodie).
