He is survived by: his wife Theresa; and his children, Charles Koch (Katie), Jennifer Alvarez (Drew), Becky Mitchell (Mark), Stephen Koch (Wendy), Matthew Koch (Kristen), Anthony Koch (Jill), Amy Sellers (Brian), Cecilia Adams (Drew), Gus Koch (Shelley) and Mary Flachbart (Bryan). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and two foster grandchildren.
