He was predeceased by: his father J. B. Revis. He is survived by: his wife Amy Lee Porter Revis; his daughters, Angela Revis and Nancy Revis; and his brother Jim Revis.
The family is asking that memorials be made in the form of contributions to Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
