He was predeceased by : his parents, Keller Green and Lila Farris Hunt Willoughby; and his son Marty Willoughby. He is survived by : his children, Cleveland Ray Willoughby, Lisa Christopher (Tim) and Steven Willoughby (Yolanda); his grandchildren, Megan Bell, Bradley Willoughby, Cleveland Willoughby, Jr., Brittney Wilson, Alexa Christopher, Emilee Christopher, Steven Willoughby, Jr., Sheridan Willoughby and Shaun Willoughby; and his siblings, Brenda Osborne and Keller Thomas Willoughby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
