He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Crump Richards of North Middletown, KY; his children, Winford Andrew Richards (Amanda) of Brierfield, AL, Lisa Richards of North Middletown, KY and Tabitha Elaine Richards of North Middletown, KY; his siblings, Roy Richards (Helen) of Seymour, IN, Ray Richards (Linda) of Camargo, KY, Dean Richards of California, Ann Ivy of Ft. Myers, FL and Jane Crump (Ambrose) of Paris, KY; his grandsons, Gabriel Andrew Richards and Matthew Richards (Skie); and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Jackson and Aubrie Richards. He is also survived by seventeen step-great grandchildren.
