He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ritchie Stamper; his grandchildren, Katrina Herrington, Brittney Hughes (Brian Royse), Ryan Stamper, Amber Evans (Brad), Neil Moore (Erica) and Ashley Watkins; his great grandchildren, Nathan Herrington, Lexi Herrington, Emma Hughes, Ella Royse, Brook Watkins, Jayden Watkins, Bradley Watkins, Weston Watkins, Shylah Schooley, Amelia Evans, Maziyah Owens, Madix Owens, Ha'Kayah Brown and Magenta Brown; his aunt Polly Stamper; his cousin Angela Sargent (Barry); and his nephew Gary Willoughby, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
