He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Bowles. He is survived by: his sons, Travis Bowles (Brandi) of Richmond and Chris Bowles (Susan) of Clay City; and his sisters, Velma Johnson of Mt. Sterling and Nancy Jones of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
