She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles David and Willie Mae Eason Franklin; and her siblings, Charles David Franklin, Jr., Josephine Reffert and Theessa Franklin Ritchie.
She is survived by: her brother Eugene "Skeets" Franklin, Sr. (Sandra); her cousins, Judy Tucker (Terry), David Craig (Brenda), Debbie Butler (Tommy), Pam Franklin and Eugene Franklin, Jr. (Kay); and her close friend Gayle Gates. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
