She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Eugene Hopkins, Jr. and Larry Wayne Hopkins; and her brothers, Joseph Thomas Fay (Peggy) of John Charles, Daniel Martin Fay (Martha) and Cray Patrick O'Fay (Jenell).
