She is survived by: her daughters, Peyton Kendall of Murfreesboro, TN, Kailynn and Meradyn Crump; her parents, Steve Kendall and Cathy Kendall; her grandparents, Joey, Joyce Fightmaster, Paul and Maxine Kendall; her brother Ian Fightmaster Kendall (Danielle); her uncles, Jonathan Fightmaster (Pam) and Shane Kendall (Jennifer); and her close friends, Brenda Edgington and Gayle Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Her family has asked if you would like to make a donation to the Hope Center or NAMI in Lexington in Kaila's name it would be appreciated.
