He was predeceased by: his parents, John Siegfrid of Larvik and Anna Mae McKenna Anderson of Lexington; and his brothers, William A. Anderson, Charles M. Anderson, Sr. and Dr. Joseph Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Jean Anderson (Chris), John S. "Basie" Anderson, III, Juliana Marie "Juli" Norton (Joe), Joseph Patrick "Pat" Anderson (Jamie), Mary Josephine "Jody" Horner (Roy) and Heidi Katherine Montaño (Jonatan); and his grandchildren, Juliana Hain, Joseph Norton, Patrick Norton, Andy Norton, Martin Norton, Jerome Norton, Cecilia Norton, Jenny Hash, Maggie Booker, Seth Anderson, Claire French, Wally Horner, Hillary Horner, Francis Horner, Gordon Horner, Eleanor Marra, Adam Anderson, Zoe Jane Youse and Nora Youse. He is also survived by twenty-nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home (526 Pleasant St, Paris, KY 40361). A rosary will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Peter Catholic Church (125 Barr St, Lexington, KY 40507).
