He was predeceased by: his parents, William Glenn Price and Thelma Hill Price Crotty; his sister Betty Lou Price Warnock; and his grandsons, Clay and Clayton McFarland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Martha McFarland (Gary), Cindy Southerland (Will) and Sally Witt (Doug); his grandchildren, Kayla Coburn (Ryan), Hunter McFarland (Ashley), Anna Kate McFarland of Jeremy Dane, Pulliam, Sarah Brynn Deaton (Nathan), Alexandra Henson Pulliam, Cady Clay Witt and Abby Kalmey (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Katy Coburn, Colt McFarland, Miller McFarland, Hudson Deaton, Harper Deaton and Huxley Deaton; and his brother Jim Edd Price.
