He is survived by: his children, Sam Ward (Michelle) of Cape Coral, FL, Amy Spagnuolo of Paris, KY and Jill Robinson (Tim) of Paris, KY; his grandchildren, Brandi Day (Donald) of Boca Raton, FL, Brian Bumpus (Kami) of Knoxville, TN, Samantha Adcock (Nate) of Radcliff, KY, Scottie Whitaker, Cameron Whitaker of Lexington, KY, Kierstin Robinson of Georgetown, KY and Gage Robinson of Paris, KY; and his great grandchildren, Lilly Day, Liam Day, Lennon Adcock, Tate Adcock and Karlie Adcock.
