He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Dean Stamper and Fallon Stamper; his grandparents, James, Rhoda Stamper, Allen, Maggie Powell and Robert Samuel Wilson; and his stepfather Wayne Sigley.
He is survived by: his parents, Pearl Christine Sigley and Hastel Dean Stamper Sr.; his siblings, Tabatha Stamper, Melonie Stamper Walters (John), Hastel Dean Stamper Jr. (Sheila) and Jennifer Brooks (Darrell); his daughters, Alyssa Ranee Stamper and Arianna Brooke Irvin; his grandchildren, Xain Eric Stanley and Xailey Ranee Stamper; and his nephew Sheldon Walters. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
