He is survived by: his children, Michael David Thompson (Pamela), Darren Lee Thompson (Jamie) and Jacqueline Meade (Chad); his grandchildren, Brian Michael Thompson, Britney Lynn Thompson, Makayla Lynn Meade, DJ Thompson and Austin Douglas Meade; and his brother Johnny Maynard.
