She was predeceased by: her husbands, Robert Burns and James Bruce; her parents, Elwin Alexander and Catherine Hall Alexander; and her children, Geneva Bruce, Ruth Siebenthaler, Earl Burns, Gene Burns, Danny Burns and David Lee Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Reba Whitaker, Robert Burns and Billy Burns (Brenda); and her brother Shirley Warner. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
