He was predeceased by: his children, Patty Jane Donaldson, Roxie Jean Hatton, Betty Sue Patton and Charles Junior Hatton; and his siblings, Effie Jane Tubbs, Willie Hatton, Elmer Hatton and Jimmy Hatton.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Frank Hatton, Phillip Hatton, Matthew Hatton and Teresa Burden. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren.
