He is survived by: his wife Bertha Chavez; his stepchildren, Chester Chavez, Jessica Marks, Corina Rascon, Gabriel Garcia and Tila Chavez; and his siblings, Santiago Nava, Adrian Nava and Alicia Cortez. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
