He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Shannon Harney; his stepfather Coleman Harney; his father Roy Waugh; his siblings, Virginia Montgomery and Vernon Waugh; his granddaughter Amy Marie Waugh; his wife Charlotte Waugh; his son Keith Waugh (Judy); his grandson Todd Waugh; his daughter Beth Robin (Mike); his grandchildren, Ben Robin (Savannah) and Ellie Lairson (Chris); his great grandchildren, Finleigh, Andie, Lexie, Easton and Wyatt; and his niece Cindy Hedges (Mitch).
