He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ada Robinson (Joe), Louise Hounshell (Finley), Linda Gail Godsey (Doyle), Shirley Howard (Gary), Willard Spencer (Juanita), Dean Spencer (Gloria), Eddie Spencer and Russell Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Landrum Spencer of Paris; his children, Kimberly Renee Spencer (Nate Dixon) and Donnie Reed Spencer (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Spencer Reed Richardson, Breana Renee Mills and Ellison Hart Spencer; and his siblings, Darrell Spencer and Rita Morgan (Doug).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home (526 Pleasant St, Paris, KY 40361). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
