He was predeceased by: his father Shawn Patrick; and his grandfather Tommy Vivian. He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Vivian Patrick; his grandparents, Sharon Vivian, Jerry and Nicci Patrick; his girlfriend Hannah Burden; and his close friend Zeke.
