He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Ross Williamson and Martha Frances Williamson; his brother Edward Carroll Williamson; and his grandsons, Julian and Chance Adkins.
He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Roe Williamson; his daughters, Wendy Adkins (Chad Rogers) of Owingsville and Candace "Candy" (Steven Farley II) of Moore; his stepchildren, Michael "Shawn" Roe and Anita "Dawn" Roe of Paris; his siblings, Martha Combs (David) and James Williamson of Salt Lick; his grandchildren, Xander Adkins, Iris, Lilith Rogers, Steven Wesley Farley III, Landon, Ryker Farley, Carrie, Corey, Chelsa and Justin Roe; his nieces, Tonya Pendleton (Jeff) of Mt. Sterling and Heather Williamson of Mt. Sterling; and his nephew Greg Riley (Kim) of Olympia, Kentucky.. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
