He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Forrest and Ida Mae Ockerman Bailey; and his siblings, Mildred Hedger, Sudie Morrell, Homer "Pete" Bailey, Clyde Bailey, Marsh "Cotton" Bailey, Tommy Bailey, Ernest Bailey and Bruce Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Delores Martin Bailey; his sons, Jeff Bailey (Jenny) and Jason Bailey; his stepson Wayne Moore; his siblings, Margaret Jenkins, Albert Bailey (Freda) and Carl Bailey (Sherrill); and his brothers-in-law, John Martin, Jeff Martin (Barbara), Robert Martin (Lisa), Larry Martin (Janie), Floyd Martin and Allen Martin (Mona). He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
