He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Abraham and Sarah Kring Farnstrom; his daughter Christine Marie McCarty; and his brothers, Howard and Donald Farnstrom.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Farnstrom; his children, Daniel Scott Farnstrom and Carla Keding; his grandchildren, Christine Veronica Farnstrom, Jamie Marie McCarty, Coleman Maxwell Keding, Elijah Cain Keding and Devon Lee Sparks; his great grandchildren, Ayanna, Alivia, Avivianna, Anthony, Araya, Gavin and Jasmine; and his brother Vaughn Farnstrom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
