He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parker Thomas and Aria Mae Berry; his daughter Nisa of Washington; and his brother William Parker Thomas, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Arie Lejuan Thomas and Charles H. W. Thomas Jr.; his grandchildren, Corey of Washington and Arielle Lyne Thomas; and his cousins, Delphia Baker, Anna Lee Hoey, Shepard Avery, Ronald Berry, Loretta Carter and Maxine Avery (Samuel Crumbie). He is also survived by other cousins and friends.
