He is survived by: his children, Steven Strong, Elizabeth Gail Noble, Debbie Strong, Sheila Strong and Michael Strong; his stepchildren, Beverly Turner and Jennifer Hensley; and his siblings, Sam Strong, Jr., Orne Strong, Pat Deaton, Jenny Taulbee and Delores Ritchie. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
