He is survived by: his daughter Glenna Linville (Drs); his grandchildren, Jenny Earlywine (Travis), Brad Linville, Dr. Stephanie Lenox, Dr. Madison Lenox, Brent Hutchison (Amanda), Tyler, Parker and Walker Hutchison; and also, Luke and Noah Earlywine.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Paris-Bourbon County YMCA or the Markey Cancer Center in Lexington, KY.
