She is survived by: her husband Johnny Mattox; her daughters, Tammy Minor (Mark), Tina Burden (Keith Foley) and Debbie Mattox; her grandchildren, Lauren Gray (Mark), John Crouch (Steph), Whitney Burton (Daniel), Mason Burden and Makayla Minor; her great grandchildren, Caiden, Landon, Adaleigh, Nash, Finn, Wade, Kyler and Baby Crouch; and her sisters, Betty Jo Hook and Florence Yarnell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
