He is survived by: his wife Brenda Joyce Shepherd Crump; his children, Angela Renee Hatton and Anthony Lewis Crump (Tonya Lynn); his grandchildren, Adam Lewis Tubbs, Breanna Madison Crump, Preston Dean Lewis Crump, Makensie Rudder, Riley Alexandria Crump and Jonathan Henry; and his sisters, Treva Danielson (Dave), Sharon Grayson and Pam Faris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
